Refund policy

Returns
Our refund policy is 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unwritten in. To initiate a return, please email us at evergreenjournals@gmail.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Shipping
As a small business, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. If there are ever errors with your order, please email us at evergreenjournals@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. 

Please verify all shipping information before confirming your order. If you notice an error in your confirmation email, please email us at evergreenjournals@gmail.com ASAP and we will do our best to make the correction before the item ships. If orders are undeliverable and returned to sender due to incorrect information we’ve received, there will be an additional shipping charge if you would like the item reshipped. Otherwise we can refund the order less the original shipping charge.
